Our COA is issued by an accredited independent third-party laboratory. If your independent testing contradicts our COA, please share your lab report and we will investigate immediately. We take purity disputes seriously and will work with you to resolve them promptly.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us first
Contact Sales@USPowders.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship anything back without authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Wait for authorization
We'll review your request and respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Ship the product back
Send the item in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund or replacement
Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

- › All products are sold for cosmetic formulation and research purposes only. We do not accept returns based on dissatisfaction with results in finished formulations — performance is dependent on formulation variables outside our control.
- › Returns must be authorized in advance. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense.
- › Products showing signs of tampering, contamination, or improper storage will not be accepted for return.
- › We reserve the right to decline a return if the product has been stored improperly or if the return request is made outside the stated timeframe.
